ACT Internet acquires 1BigRed.com and Nbank.net announcement
Welcome!
We're pleased to announce
that ACT Internet Services will take over services and support for your
account effective immediately. You'll soon being seeing e-mails and
letters outlining many of our new features and programs. Our goal is to
improve every aspect of your Internet access experience.
One of the first things that you'll notice is our new Technical Support
Toll-Free number has changed to
800-290-3130. If you have any questions about anything, please call us.
In the future, your
invoices and credit card statements will reflect ACT/Applied Computer
Technologies as your supplier. Please don't be startled by this
change. Your service has not changed but the billing will now reflect
our name instead of SupplyGuys, the previous owner of this service.
We're also migrating your e-mail services to newer, more enhanced
servers to provide better protection of
your e-mail with anti-virus and anti-spam protection. Now, you'll
have better SPAM protection with a quarantine area where it will be held
for a week before being deleted. That way you can retrieve
anything that might be incorrectly classified as SPAM. You can also
control what is and isn't blocked for your account with our on-line
e-mail account management system.
You also now have the
option of adding TurboNet Plus High-Speed Dial-up access to your
service. It's up to 10 times faster than ordinary dial-up. Faster
Internet browsing is available anywhere in the U.S. at a fraction of the
cost of DSL or cable.
For those users that need
broadband, we also offer DSL services to 600 communities across the
United States.
Again, we'd like to thank
you in advance for the opportunity to serve your Internet needs.
Sincerely,
Jeff Hoffman, President
